“No F Words …. Falls”

Falls are the leading cause of serious injury or death in people over the age of 65. Follow these simple tips to prevent a slip or trip:

  • Make sure you wear properly fitted footwear at all times
  • Remove any clutter in commonly used areas of your home
  • Use an assistive device if medically indicated by your physician or therapist
  • Make sure you dry your feet off after being out in the rain or snow
